The founder of the Melanie Stokes Foundation, Blocker was in Regina Wednesday to speak at the Unmasking Postpartum Depression Conference. Regina-based CNT Management Group teamed up with the authors of The Smiling Mask — three moms from Regina and Moose Jaw who met while struggling with postpartum depression — to present the conference.
